BASAY, NEGROS ORIENTAL: “Justice should prevail” – Family of 7-year-old rape victim is calling for justice because the suspect is still enjoying life freely.
A certain Vicky Rafols Villamor posted images of alleged crime suspect Joemar Villamater and his 7-year-old victim. The victim was in terrible condition when she was recovered. She was found fully submerged in the mud for cows, without underwear.

The victim’s parents, Jonathan and Margie Mandaluyong, are calling for justice and is hoping to spread the news through social media.
The victim is a member of Iglesia Ni Cristo.
The Facebook post has already reached 7,937 shares and hundreds of comments relaying their condolences to the family.
